Hutong Restaurant, 731 Lexington Avenue, Inside Beacon Courtyard, New York, NY 10022. Open Calls will be held on the 2nd floor Private Dining Rooms (PDRs). Just tell the host stand you are here for the open call and they will escort you in the direction of the PDRs.

About the Role
International Restaurant Group, Aqua, with locations in Beijing, UK, & Hong Kong, seeks experienced FOH staff for upscale restaurant in Midtown NYC. Hutong restaurant and bar welcome you to our New York home at 731 Lexington Avenue. We bring you our contemporary and occasionally fiery Northern Chinese cuisine, dim sum, and cocktails, served in an elegant Art Deco room inspired by swinging 1920's New York and Shanghai. Hutong invites you to step into glamour. The Hutong dress code is elegant casual and Uptown chic. Glamour has arrived in Midtown Manhattan. Hutong's Bar Lounge takes inspiration from exotic Chinese herbs and spices, serving up an intriguing list of complex and elevated cocktails. Later in the evening, the lights dim and the music picks up making it Midtown Manhattan's newest cocktail and nightlife destination.
