Onsite Representative Lead

About the role

The Onsite Representative Lead represents Incora Aircraft at customer production sites, interacts and coordinates directly with the Customer Administrator and on-site functional area managers, and provides an on-site presence and liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving issues, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements.

  • Travel/drive to customer sites as necessary
  • Maintain ongoing and consistent communication with the Regional Customer Program Manager, Contracts, Sales, and Finance
  • Support and update operational status, including notification of critical stock outs, coordination of new "Add" and/or "Off" contract requirements, and opportunities for quality or process improvements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or some college
  • Minimum 1-year relative JIT, VMI or 3PO experience in the aerospace industry
  • Proven customer service and interaction skills, with direct customer and supplier contact
  • Demonstrated ability to serve in a liaison or representative capacity, with positive results
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
