Onsite Representative Lead

About the role

The Onsite Representative Lead represents Incora Aircraft at customer production sites, interacts and coordinates directly with the Customer Administrator and on-site functional area managers, and provides an on-site presence and liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving issues, and expediting critical needs.

Responsibilities

• Travel/drive to customer sites as needed
• Have own/reliable transportation and company-approved driving record

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year experience in JIT, VMI, or 3PO within the aerospace industry
• Proven customer service and interaction skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to be cross-trained in multiple critical areas
