We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - About SHR Consulting Group: description of company. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About SHR Consulting Group" is about company. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" maybe includes company description? The posting includes "About SHR Consulting Group". That's about the company, not role. But we could treat as "About the role" maybe includes company description? However they said "do NOT repeat the job title as a heading". They didn't forbid company description. We can include a section "About the role" with the company description and position summary. But we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Position Summary: description of role. - Key Responsibilities: list. - Minimum Qualifications: list. - Education & Certifications: list. - Security Clearance: requirement. - Work Environment: description. - Benefits: list. - Salary Range: pay. - No explicit schedule mentioned besides "100% onsite". That could be schedule? It says Work Environment: 100% onsite at a government facility... Must be local to DC Metro Area with reliable transportation. That's not schedule like full-time/part-time. Could treat as schedule? The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does not state schedule like hours, shift, etc. So we should not include Schedule. - Pay: Salary Range given: 130,000 - 150,000 USD. So we include Pay. - Benefits: listed. - Skills: maybe we can extract from Minimum Qualifications etc. But we have a Skills section optional; we can include if there is specific content. The posting includes many skills: proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Visio Adobe Acrobat, technical writing, etc. Could be placed under Skills. - Requirements: could be Minimum Qualifications + Security Clearance + Work Environment? Might be overlapping. We need to avoid duplication. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to ensure we don't lose any info. We can structure:

About the role

SHR Consulting Group, LLC is a small business delivering enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and program management services to the Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies. We support mission-critical infrastructure at the Pentagon and across the National Capital Region, and we invest in our people through competitive compensation, professional certification support, and long-term career growth on stable, multi-year programs.

Position Summary: SHR Consulting Group is seeking an Onsite Program Manager to lead program execution and delivery of IT support services supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) J6 Integrated Tracking System/Digital Mail Modernization (ITS/DMM) environment. The Program Manager will provide day-to-day leadership of the contract team, oversee technical and operational activities, manage Government deliverables, maintain staffing and schedules, and serve as a primary interface between SHR personnel, Government stakeholders, technical teams, and supporting contractors. The Onsite Program Manager is required to oversee task-order activities, maintain required staffing, interface with Government leads, manage contractor personnel, and provide proactive program leadership and issue resolution.

Then Responsibilities as
  • ... each bullet. We need to capture all responsibilities listed. List them: - Serve as the onsite Program Manager and primary management lead for the ITS/DMM support effort. - Manage personnel supporting program management, system engineering/O&M, and Tier II support. - Coordinate directly with DISA J6, WHS/FSD, Government program leadership, technical personnel, and contractor stakeholders. - Maintain program schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, staffing, and action items. - Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and associated project plans. - Prepare and deliver weekly status reports, monthly status reports, In-Progress Reviews, briefings, and executive-level presentations. - Monitor labor utilization, contract funding, burn rates, deliverables, and program performance. - Lead meetings and working groups and document meeting minutes, decisions, due-outs, and corrective actions. - Supervise and coordinate technical personnel providing Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III support. - Coordinate technical activities involving ITS, BearTracks, WebDOX, supporting infrastructure, and third-party hardware/software integrations. - Work closely with developers, programmers, IT support personnel, cybersecurity staff, and Government stakeholders. - Support cybersecurity and compliance activities associated with ITS/DMM applications and systems. - Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and maintain continuity of mission-critical support. - Maintain personnel rosters, contract documentation, records, and required Government reporting. - The Onsite Program Manager also specifically requires recurring program reporting, financial status reporting, scheduling, meetings, weekly/monthly reports, and formal program reviews. We need to ensure we don't duplicate. The last bullet seems repetitive but we include as is. Now Requirements: maybe combine Minimum Qualifications and Security Clearance and Work Environment? But we have separate sections for Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We need to decide which headings to use: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (Education & Certifications), Skills (proficiency etc), Benefits, Pay. Requirements could be Minimum Qualifications (maybe treat as Requirements). Qualifications could be Education & Certifications. But we have both Minimum Qualifications and Education & Certifications. Could combine them under Qualifications? But we need to follow instruction: include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if they have distinct content. Let's map: - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (list of experience requirements). This includes: Minimum 3 years of software project management experience. Experience working in a DoD IT environment and large, complex enterprise IT environments. Experience managing IT support personnel and technical service delivery. Experience preparing and presenting program status, performance, schedule, and management reports. Strong technical writing, editing, oral communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency with: Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Visio Adobe Acrobat Experience supervising technical personnel. Experience supporting or managing Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III IT support activities. Strong organizational, documentation, and recordkeeping skills. Understanding of DoD cybersecurity practices, policies, and directives. Experience maintaining cyber compliance and supporting performance-based Government contracts. Direct experience with ITS, BearTracks, and/or WebDOX. Experience integrating BearTracks or similar enterprise applications with third-party hardware and software. Experience supporting Pentagon, WHS, DISA, or other DoD enterprise environments. Experience coordinating among application developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, and customer support organizations. The Government specifically identifies ITS/BearTracks/WebDOX experience, supervisory ability, Tier I-III support experience, reporting skills, and integration experience for this KP position. That's a lot; could be considered Requirements. - Qualifications: Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship and a minimum active Secret security clearance are required for this position. All personnel must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance level and must possess a valid DoD Common Access Card (CAC). Work Environment: 100% onsite at a government facility within the National Capital Region (NCR), primarily at the Pentagon, Crystal Gateway, Taylor Building, Mark Center, or other JSP-designated alternate site. Must be local to the DC Metro Area with reliable transportation. We could treat Work Environment as part of Qualifications or maybe as Requirements. But we have no separate section for Work Environment; we could include it under Qualifications. Thus Qualifications section will contain education, security clearance, work environment. Skills: Could be derived from Minimum Qualifications but we already used those for Requirements. To avoid duplication, we might not need a separate Skills section if we already covered skills in Requirements. However instruction says we can include Skills section if posting has real specific content for it. The posting does mention proficiency with Microsoft Word etc, strong technical writing, etc. Those are skills. But they are already in Minimum Qualifications. If we put them in Requirements, we might duplicate if we also put them in Skills. Better to allocate: Requirements = experience requirements; Skills = technical proficiencies (Microsoft Office, etc). Qualifications = education, clearance, work environment. Let's extract skills: Proficiency with: Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Visio Adobe Acrobat. Strong technical writing, editing, oral communication, and presentation skills. Strong organizational, documentation, and recordkeeping skills. Understanding of DoD cybersecurity practices, policies, and directives. Experience maintaining cyber compliance and supporting performance-based Government contracts. Experience supervising technical personnel. Experience supporting or managing Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III IT support activities. Experience integrating BearTracks or similar enterprise applications with third-party hardware and software. Experience coordinating among application developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, and customer support organizations. Many of those are also experience. But we can still list them as skills. To avoid too much duplication, we could keep Requirements as the list of experience (minimum years, DoD IT environment, managing personnel, preparing reports, etc). Skills as the technical proficiencies and soft skills. But we need to preserve all info; duplication is okay as long as we don't lose info. However we should avoid repeating same sentences verbatim? Not prohibited but better to avoid redundancy. However we must preserve all substantive info; duplication doesn't lose info, but could be considered unnecessary. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication. But better to avoid redundancy for clarity. We'll try to split logically. Let's list Minimum Qualifications bullet points (as given): - Minimum 3 years of software project management experience. - Experience working in a DoD IT environment and large, complex enterprise IT environments. - Experience managing IT support personnel and technical service delivery. - Experience preparing and presenting program status, performance, schedule, and management reports. - Strong technical writing, editing, oral communication, and presentation skills. - Proficiency with: Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Visio Adobe Acrobat - Experience supervising technical personnel. - Experience supporting or managing Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III IT support activities. - Strong organizational, documentation, and recordkeeping skills. - Understanding of DoD cybersecurity practices, policies, and directives. - Experience maintaining cyber compliance and supporting performance-based Government contracts. - Direct experience with ITS, BearTracks, and/or WebDOX. - Experience integrating BearTracks or similar enterprise applications with third-party hardware and software. - Experience supporting Pentagon, WHS, DISA, or other DoD enterprise environments. - Experience coordinating among application developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, and customer support organizations. - The Government specifically identifies ITS/BearTracks/WebDOX experience, supervisory ability, Tier I-III support experience, reporting skills, and integration experience for this KP position. Now Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. - Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship and a minimum active Secret security clearance are required for this position. All personnel must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance level and must possess a valid DoD Common Access Card (CAC). - Work Environment: 100% onsite at a government facility within the National Capital Region (NCR), primarily at the Pentagon, Crystal Gateway, Taylor Building, Mark Center, or other JSP-designated alternate site. Must be local to the DC Metro Area with reliable transportation. Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plans with company match - Paid time off and federal holidays - Professional development support Pay: - Salary Range
