Onsite Manager

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
• Manage customer inquiries regarding various report requests and month-end processes
• Quote prices and process customer orders
• Procurement and check availability of stock
• Oversee shipping and receiving operations
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate inventory control
• Direct overall operations of the location, including supervising all on-site employees

Requirements

• Preferred 5 years of purchasing and inventory experience within an Integrated Supply/Industrial Distribution environment
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Outstanding customer service and management skills
• Sales-driven mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience supervising and mentoring employees
• Ability to follow and implement DXP policies and procedures
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in an industrial/warehouse environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management (preferred) or equivalent experience

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
