We are seeking an Onsites Program Manager to join the Workplace Experience team. This role is the primary point of contact for every team at Etsy that gathers in person — leading the full lifecycle of supported onsites, from intake and planning support through data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will bring a sharp analytical lens to how Etsy teams gather, using data to build solutions that make onsites more effective over time. This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager, Community & Belonging.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onsite planning experience for teams and meeting rooms, serving as a trusted primary point of contact from intake and prioritization through execution, follow-up, and reporting
• Exercise sound judgment in triaging a high volume of space and onsite requests, balancing urgency, employee experience, and operational constraints
• Steward the Onsite Calendar across Brooklyn, CDMX, and Dublin, ensuring clear visibility into activity, demand, and competing priorities
• Build strong partnerships with planning leads, EAs, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams, including AV, catering, IT, and the Brooklyn Workplace team to deliver thoughtful, seamless onsite experiences
• Translate data from ticket requests, trip information, access badge reports, space utilization, and satisfaction surveys into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve planning resources, onsite guidance, and playbooks that make the process easier to navigate for employees and partners
