Onsite Contract Talent Manager

This position is fully onsite at a client location, and candidates must be able to work on-site daily. Our Recruiting & Staffing team plays a pivotal role in enabling that success by connecting exceptional talent with critical business needs. As a Talent Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner in the full lifecycle recruiting process, driving talent acquisition efforts across both contingent and direct hire engagements. You will collaborate closely with client leadership, hiring managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Recruiting leadership to build strong talent pipelines, deliver high-quality candidates, and support the continued growth of our client partnerships. Because this role supports a diverse workforce, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. What You’ll Do Lead proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent through internal systems, referrals, social platforms, and external networksConduct comprehensive candidate assessments, evaluating experience, capabilities, and alignment with client requirementsManage and support the full recruitment lifecycle across contingent and direct hire rolesPartner with Strategic Account Managers to coordinate interviews, facilitate decision-making, and ensure a seamless candidate experienceExecute thorough reference checks and provide informed recommendations to stakeholdersMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant records within the applicant tracking system and related toolsDeliver clear, consistent communication to candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring processMonitor recruiting performance, analyze pipeline activity, and identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness and outcomesEnsure adherence to internal standards, client expectations, and contractual obligationsConsistently achieve performance metrics, including activity targets and revenue goals What you bring Bilingual proficiency in English and SpanishAbility to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and client stakeholders.Ability to work onsite full-time at a client location in Bolingbrook, IL.Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.Demonstrated ability to perform in a metrics-driven, performance-based environmentStrong organizational discipline with exceptional attention to detail and time managementHighly effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levelsA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate competing prioritiesProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environmentA customer-focused approach with strong relationship management skills What we want you to have Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).Ability to work onsite full-time at a client location in Bolingbrook, IL (required).1-2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field.Demonstrated ability to perform in a metrics-driven, performance-based environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredExperience supporting both contingent workforce and direct hire recruiting modelsProven success recruiting across manufacturing, reliability, and engineering roles, with additional exposure to corporate functions such as marketing, HR, and financeExperience in business-to-business, phone-based environments is strongly preferred Please note that we are not seeking assistance from staffing agencies or third-party recruiters for this position.
