Required Skills Proven onsite staffing or workforce management experience in light industrial, distribution, and manufacturing settingsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsStrong computer proficiency with ATS, timekeeping systems, email, spreadsheets, and job boardsAbility to manage multiple shifts, handle urgent staffing needs, and coordinate with teams Nice To Have Skills Experience supporting safety and compliance protocolsAbility to analyze staffing performance metrics and implement continuous improvementsFlexibility to work after hours for emergencies and staffing needs Preferred Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferredPrior experience in high-volume staffing operations in industrial or manufacturing sectors Other Requirements Available to work primarily daytime onsite with availability after hours for emergenciesWillingness to support site safety inspections and incident documentation Salary Compensation will be based on experience and market conditions.
