Onsite Collector

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to collect payments on past due accounts.
• Accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts.
• Securing payments on accounts that are past due.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years previous call center experience.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

• $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
