About the role

This is a full-time position in our student loan servicing department. We are looking for candidates with great customer service skills who enjoy working in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and applicable collections laws and regulations.
• Perform tasks with attention to detail and professional phone etiquette.
• Exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed Internet.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 95% of the time.

Pay

$16+ based on collections experience.

Schedule

• Training: 2 Weeks Training / 4 Weeks Nesting.
• Production Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4 days 8am-5pm and 1 day 10am-7pm.
