Compensation

$16+ based on collections experience

Training Schedule

• 2 Weeks Training
• 4 Weeks Nesting
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm MST

Production Schedule

• Monday - Friday 4 days 8am-5pm
• Monday - Friday 1 day 10am-7pm

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Show detail-oriented behavior and strong customer service skills.
• Problem solve and multitask effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality and ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
• Exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed Internet required
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
• Ability to problem solve and multitask
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
