Online Shopper (Part-Time)

About the role

We are a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to serving communities and providing exceptional service and value. We operate +40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. As an Online Personal Shopper at Festival Foods, you'll play a key part in ensuring guests receive fresh, high-quality groceries.

Responsibilities

• Carefully select products for Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently, maintaining quality and freshness.
• Offer thoughtful substitutions and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
• Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A friendly and helpful attitude towards guest service.
• Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
• The ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout the shift.
• A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
• Bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Work Schedule

This part-time Online Personal Shopper role offers a dynamic work environment with a flexible schedule that includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The work schedule may vary based on business needs.

Pay

Schedule

The Online Shopper is a part-time position (less than 28 hours per week) with a flexible schedule that includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
