Online Shopper (Part-Time)

We are a Wisconsin grocer committed to serving communities and providing exceptional service and value. We operate +40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. As an Online Personal Shopper, you'll play a key part in ensuring our guests receive fresh, high-quality groceries.

Responsibilities

• Carefully select products for Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.
• Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Aid guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
• Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

To excel in the Online Shopper role at Festival Foods, you should have:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A friendly and helpful attitude—guest service is at the heart of what we do!
• Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
• The ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout your shift.
• A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must work in hot and cold environments. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day. Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Work Schedule

The Online Shopper is a part-time position (less than 28 hours per week). The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This part-time Online Personal Shopper role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.
