Online Shopper (Part-Time)

About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. As an Online Personal Shopper, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive fresh, high-quality groceries.

Responsibilities

• Carefully select products for Online Grocery guests, adhering to their preferences and notes.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently, maintaining product quality and freshness.
• Offer thoughtful substitutions and keep guests updated on order status.
• Greet guests with a smile, retrieving and loading their orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
• Support your team by stepping in for additional roles as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A friendly and helpful attitude towards guest service.
• Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
• The ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout the shift.
• A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
• Bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Work Schedule

This part-time Online Personal Shopper role offers a dynamic work environment with varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The work schedule is less than 28 hours per week.
