Job Summary

Aids the department manager in achieving sales and operational goals for in-store online operations by accurately selecting, scanning, and staging online orders according to Amazon's standards. Ensures a seamless and timely order selection and staging process, maintains inventory accuracy, and enhances customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• % Of Time:
  • Service: Accurately selects, scans, and stages online orders using handheld devices, ensuring product quality, freshness, and order completeness. Follows substitution guidelines and freshness standards to maintain a positive customer experience, addressing issues promptly.
  • Leadership: Promotes trust and respect among associates through collaboration, teamwork, and communication. Adheres to local, state, and federal laws, and company guidelines.
  • Financial: Supports performance standards by maintaining key operational metrics, including INF Rate, Substitution Attempt Rate, Late Slam Rate, Confirmed vs Requested Rate, Available vs Confirmed Rate, Item Missing Rate, Item Quality Rate, Pickup Perfect Drop-off Rate.
  • Compliance/Safety: Ensures adherence to company standards for safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and productivity. Maintains regulatory compliance for food safety, USDA & COOL, and DOA. Executes product recalls and ensures safety programs are enforced.

Qualifications

• Education: GED/High School Diploma preferred, but not required.
• Language: English required, Spanish preferred.
• Experience: 0-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Familiarity with grocery product categories, freshness standards, and store layout. Comfortable using handheld devices, mobile apps, and barcode scanners. Strong attention to detail and order accuracy. Independent work ability, prioritization, and time management skills. Clear and respectful communication. Awareness of food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards.
