About the role
The Online Service & Booking Coordinator will manage customer service inquiries and booking requests through various online platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and bookings via email, phone, and live chat
- Handle escalations from customers and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor and maintain online booking systems and troubleshoot issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Experience with online booking systems and CRM software is a plus
