About the role

The Online Service & Booking Coordinator will manage customer service inquiries and booking requests through various online platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and bookings via email, phone, and live chat
  • Handle escalations from customers and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain online booking systems and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with online booking systems and CRM software is a plus
