Responsibilities
- Manage online booking systems and ensure accurate reservations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and phone
- Update guest records and maintain accurate information
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
