About the role

The Hospitality & Booking Coordinator will manage online bookings and ensure smooth operations within the hotel's reservation system. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage online booking systems and ensure accurate reservations
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and phone
  • Update guest records and maintain accurate information
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
