About the role

As an Online - Customer Coordinator – Booking Hotels, you will be responsible for managing customer bookings for hotels online. This includes handling inquiries, confirming reservations, and ensuring that all bookings are accurate and meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
