This role has administrative functions including reporting and coordination with customers, Operations, Project Coordinators/Directors/Managers, and Subcontractors. This is an in-office position reporting to the Office or General Manager. Essential Functions Payroll timesheets entriesUpdates the system RM (Restoration Manager)Notates statuses changes from the project teamSits in on weekly WIP (Work in Progress) meetingsSets up new vendors for BMS CATProcesses check requests and employee reimbursements as neededCompletes daily depositAssists with the onboarding process for new employees Experience And Skill Requirements Knowledge of A/P and A/RStrong communication skills, especially over the phoneAbility to multi-taskKnowledge of insurance claims and estimating practices. highly preferredKnowledge of construction and mitigation workflow and associated terminologyExcellent time management skillsAbility to work independently Benefits And Compensation Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.
