The Online Hotel Reservations Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and reservations through various channels including email, phone, and social media. Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and reservations via email, phone, and social media
- Process and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, customer service, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or reservations role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
Qualifications
- Experience with hotel reservation systems and CRM software
- Knowledge of hotel operations and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Fluency in English
