About the role

The Online Travel Coordinator will manage travel arrangements for clients, including coordinating flights, hotels, and ground transportation. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of client travel bookings, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of travel plans.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Research and recommend travel options that meet client needs and budget constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in travel coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with travel management software such as Expedia, Booking.com, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English.
