Onboarding Manager 2
About the role
The Onboarding Manager 2 is responsible for overseeing the New Hire Onboarding process and ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. This role supervises a team of service center representatives and works closely with various stakeholders to support new hires and internal transfers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administration of the New Hire Onboarding and associated processes
- Manage a team of 20+ staff, ensuring proper work distribution and addressing escalations
- Supervise staff, manage performance, monitor quality, and coordinate/provide training/development
- Create and foster positive relationships with sector customers and other stakeholders
- Work closely with other Onboarding Managers and Leads to ensure consistent service performance
- Maintain and monitor customer satisfaction scores and feedback
- Develop strategies to meet business needs and improve the customer service experience
- Influence key stakeholders and mitigate issues quickly
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of related experience OR Master's Degree with at least 8 years of related experience
- Prior experience within a highly customer-centric environment
- Process improvement experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities/projects at once
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of centralized service center operations
- Experience preparing and analyzing data to identify themes, trends, and recommended actions
- In-depth knowledge of Northrop Grumman business sectors
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e., Workday, Taleo, ServiceNow)
- Strong background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational Effectiveness

Pay
The primary level salary range for this position is $105,100.00 - $157,700.00. Base salary offers are determined based on a variety of factors including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Long-term incentives may also be offered for select positions.
