Responsibilities

  • Leverage onboarding materials to introduce new customers to the platform.
  • Address customer concerns and enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor and improve client satisfaction and service levels.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the platform’s support team.
  • Resolve technical issues related to account setup, order placement, and cart management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and project requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in managing multiple projects.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and support.

Requirements

  • Based in San Francisco or Peninsula area with the capability to travel daily to different client locations.
  • Prior experience in Operations Management, Customer Support, Customer Interviews, or Sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle complex tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Expertise in using Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and other relevant collaboration tools.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of the platform’s functionalities and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and implementing solutions to client challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering a customer-centric approach to all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Coachability and adaptability to new technologies and processes.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and similar collaboration tools.
  • Basic understanding of the platform’s functionalities and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
