Responsibilities
- Leverage onboarding materials to introduce new customers to the platform.
- Address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and improve client satisfaction levels.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the platform’s technical support team.
- Assist with troubleshooting common platform issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure project timelines are met.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
Requirements
- Based in San Francisco or Peninsula area, with the ability to travel daily to different client locations.
- Prior experience in Operations Management, Customer Support, Customer Interviews, or Sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle complex tasks with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in using Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and other collaborative tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
