Responsibilities

  • Leverage onboarding materials to introduce new customers to the platform.
  • Address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and improve client satisfaction levels.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the platform’s technical support team.
  • Assist with troubleshooting common platform issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Develop and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.

Requirements

  • Based in San Francisco or Peninsula area, with the ability to travel daily to different client locations.
  • Prior experience in Operations Management, Customer Support, Customer Interviews, or Sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle complex tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in using Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and other collaborative tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
