On-Call Valet

About the role

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for on-call opportunities to start immediately. We are looking for individuals who can always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit, park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner, and explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
• Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines
• Maintain the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be an all-around pleasure to be with
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way

Skills

• Valet parking: 1 year+ (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year+ (preferred)

Pay

$19.00 per hour plus cash tips
