On-Call Valet

Pay Rate: $19 - $20 per hour plus cash tips

About the role

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for on-call opportunities to start immediately. This is an active, outdoor role where you will be standing, walking, and occasionally assisting with items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
• Maintain company uniform appearance and resolve guest issues professionally
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Ability to drive manual (stick-shift) transmission vehicles
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively

Qualifications

• 1+ years of valet parking experience (preferred)
• 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
