On-Call Valet

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour plus cash tips. On-call position located in Providence, RI.

About the role

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for on-call opportunities to start immediately. Shifts will vary depending on business needs; flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance and resolve guest issues professionally.
• Be active most of the day, standing, walking, and occasionally helping with items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of valet parking experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
