On- Call Substitute Teacher- EHS & HS
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract sections:
- About the role: The paragraph after "About the role:" includes description. Also there is "Who We Are" maybe part of About the role? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role heading and include the description. Possibly also include "Who We Are" as part of About the role? Might be separate but not a listed heading; we could incorporate into About the role.
- Responsibilities: The bullet list under "What This Role Involves" and "Supportive Classroom Responsibilities". Also maybe "Compliance" etc. We'll combine into responsibilities.
- Requirements: The bullet list under "What we are looking for:" includes Education, Experience, Clayton Requirements (background check, driver's license, CPR, PPD-TB, immunizations, training, tech proficiency). Also maybe "Clayton Requirements" part.
- Qualifications: Might overlap with Requirements. But we need to decide: The posting includes "Education:" and "Experience:" and "Clayton Requirements:" which could be considered Requirements. Also "Skills, Competencies & Behavioral Expectations:" could be Skills section.
- Skills: The list under "Skills, Competencies & Behavioral Expectations:" includes many items.
- Benefits: The list under "What we offer:" includes Paid sick time, 401(k) with 5% employer match after 1 year, College 529 investment options, Identity theft protection and more.
- Pay: The line "Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour" and also later "Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour". So we have pay info.
- Schedule: The line "On- Call Substitute Teacher (Up to 29 hours a Week)" and "Work Environment, Schedule & Physical Requirements:" includes ability to work flexible hours outside of normal business hours as required. Also mention up to 29 hours a week. So schedule info.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for the title.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is "Clayton Early Learning is an equal opportunity employer..." and "Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Job Posted by ApplicantPro". We'll drop EEO statement and the "Job Posted by ApplicantPro". Also duplicate salary line.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include the description of Who We Are, mission, etc. Also include details about campus, etc.
We'll structure:

Schedule
On-call substitute teacher position (up to 29 hours a week). Ability to work flexible hours outside of normal business hours as required.
We should also maybe include physical requirements? The instruction says only include sections when posting has real specific content. The "Work Environment, Schedule & Physical Requirements:" includes ability to lift up to 50 pounds, sit/stand/walk, travel local/out-of-state. That's substantive. Should we include under Schedule or maybe a separate section? Since we already have Schedule heading, we could incorporate physical requirements into Schedule section or maybe create a separate "Work Environment" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes Schedule, Benefits, Pay, etc. Not Work Environment. So we can incorporate physical requirements into Schedule section. Thus Schedule section: include up to 29 hours a week, flexible hours, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, ability to sit, stand, walk and move throughout the workday, ability to travel local and out-of-state as required. We'll combine. Now ensure no duplicate content. We have included "Ability to work flexible hours outside of normal business hours as required" from Work Environment. Also we have "Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation", "Ability to sit, stand, walk and move throughout the workday as required to perform job duties or with reasonable accommodation", "Ability to travel, local and out-of-state as required". We'll include those. Now check for any other substantive info not captured: The "Clayton's Core Values" section includes description of core values. That's substantive. Should we include? There's no heading for Core Values in allowed list. Could we incorporate into About the role or maybe a separate section? The instruction: "Use
