ON-CALL SUBSTITUTE TEACHER

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of software developers and leading the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Lead technical discussions and provide technical guidance to the development team
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development management
• Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of developers
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
