On-Call Substitute Educational Technicians (I, II, III)

About the role

The Step Forward Center under the Courageous Steps Project is seeking on-call substitute educational technicians for their program. These positions are ideal for college students or recent retirees who are looking for flexible opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Substitute when staff is down due to illness or emergencies
• Provide educational support to children in need
• Adapt to varying schedules based on program needs

Requirements

• Prior approved CHRC background check through the Maine Department of Education and Maine Department of Health and Human Services
• Submitted Educational Technician Certificate through the Maine Department of Education
• Prior experience in early childhood education / intervention is preferred
