On Call Scheduler Week Nights

Duties

• Reviewing Shift Notes
• Clocking Caregiver In and Out
• Scheduling Replacement Caregivers for Call-Outs
• Supporting Caregivers During their Shifts
• Answering Client Questions
• Bringing Ease and Comfort to Our Clients and Caregivers
• Coordinating caregiver coverage to ensure uninterrupted client care
• Communicating professionally with caregivers, clients, and leadership teams
• Escalating urgent concerns appropriately following company protocols
• Supporting continuity of care and operational efficiency during overnight and weekend hours
• Partnering closely with operations and care teams to provide exceptional service
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
• To the extent not covered by the preceding subparts (i) and (ii), beginning at 5:00 p.m. on any day preceding a Holiday and ending at 8:00 a.m. on the day immediately following that Holiday

Requirements

• Must reside within San Diego County or a reasonable commuting distance

Pay

Base Pay: You will be compensated $500.00, less applicable taxes and withholdings, per completed "Work Week" of on-call Duties performed.

Schedule

"Work Week" shall mean the On-Call work week period of Cheer as listed in the DUTIES section, above. This amount is intended to compensate you at the rate of $25.00 per hour for up to twenty (20) hours of work per Work Week. These hours may fluctuate somewhat across the specific days within a work week but are not expected to exceed twenty (20) hours of actual work within a week.
