On-call Non-licensed Substitutes for the 2026-27 School Year

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students, including those with developmental, physical, and/or learning disabilities.
• Provide classroom, student, and staff support as needed.
• Perform office and clerical duties.
• Assist with student supervision and monitoring throughout the school day.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Follow district policies and procedures while representing Robbinsdale Area Schools with professionalism.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• An interest in working in the education field.
• Previous experience in education is welcome but not required.
