Who We Are
Hotel Magdalena is located on a historic 14-acre stretch off South Congress in Austin, once home to the Terrace Motor Hotel and later owned by musician Willie Nelson. In the 1970s, Nelson established the Austin Opry House, a renowned 1,700-seat music venue, and provided housing for musicians and road crews. Today, we honor this heritage by offering a vibrant, welcoming home to all who visit.
