The Role

Provide outstanding hospitality to our guests, tailoring your service to deliver the exceptional experiences that The Ned is known for.

Using your unrivalled knowledge of beverages, spirits and wine, you’ll answer all guests' queries and assist during their event.

Set up and tear down each event from start to finish, taking care of our one of a kind space.

Deliver the level of service and standards that our event guests anticipate and expect.

Maintain a safe and clean environment, protecting our guests, your teammates, and our agency helpers from any possible harm.

Our events space can be busy Monday to Sunday and has late finishing times, so a degree of flexibility is preferred as shifts will vary.

About the Property

Ned’s Club Washington DC is a members’ club set over three floors of a neoclassical style building situated within President’s Park at 734 15th Street NW. The Riggs Building sits opposite the US Treasury and was constructed in 1930. The 12-story building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch.

The Club has a Rooftop Terrace and Loft Restaurant with views overlooking the White House, US Treasury and Washington Monument, plus a Founder’s Dining Room, The Library, Drawing Room, Gallery and Conservatory.

On level nine, there is a self-contained floor of private event spaces.

You’ll have a fantastic personality, engaging with our events guests to give them an exceptional service.

A big part of this job is supporting teams, so a welcoming personality and ability to guide others is essential.

Great all-round beverage knowledge is an advantage and preferred.

Able to work quickly and efficiently to service groups of people during events.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Flexible Schedule to include evenings, late nights and weekend shifts.

Able to lift up a minimum of 35 pounds.
