On Call Bartender (Banquets)

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service for functions in the banquets department.
• Familiarize yourself with wines, beers, and cocktails suitable for banquet events.
• Follow procedures outlined in the employee and bartender manuals.
• Ensure the bar is stocked and clean, and follow the side work sheet.
• Enforce consistency in cocktail presentations and recipes as per Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Be familiar with and adhere to liquor liability laws.
• Offer excellent customer service and maintain a flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have two years of bartending experience.
• Show some level of wine knowledge.
• Display a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
