On Call Banquet Bartender

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Ensure established pars are maintained.
• Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Continuous standing for 100% of the time scheduled.
• Climbing approximately 12 steps 20% of the time.
• Ability to count cash and operate a cash register.

Qualifications

• Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified.

Pay

$19.57 per hour, plus service charge and tips.
