The On Call Banquet Bartender sets up, operates, and tears down portable bars for catered events, mixing drinks, serving wine and beer, checking IDs, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety laws. You will deliver fast, high-quality service while managing bar operations.
Responsibilities
- Set up bar area
- Adhere to predefined drink service guidelines and maintain beverage familiarization
- Implement beverage service
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Maintain awareness of liquor costs and minimize waste
- Maintain familiarity with all policies related to liquor liability laws
- Close bar
- Maintain familiarity with all revenue-related procedures
- Serve all guests in a consistent manner
- Maintain awareness of all functions, events, and meetings taking place at any given time
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
