The West Shore School District is seeking Full-time Paraprofessional positions at Old Trail Intermediate School.
About the role
These positions support students with special needs and assist teachers in providing a quality educational environment.
Responsibilities
- Support students with learning disabilities
- Assist teachers in classroom activities
- Provide individualized attention to students
- Help implement lesson plans and activities
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- Credential of Competency for Special Education Paraeducators (48 or more undergraduate credits or competency assessment)
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check
Skills
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices
- Ability to manage student behavior
- Proficiency in using technology tools

Pay
Salary range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
