About the role
The Office Support Assistant IV provides administrative support to the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health. This position plays a key role in supporting faculty physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and departmental operations by entering/tracking call and clinic scheduling activities, managing departmental mail, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Enter/track call and clinic scheduling activities
- Manage departmental mail and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate professionally and effectively with faculty, APPs, staff, residents, fellows, and clinic partners regarding scheduling and operational matters
- Monitor, update, and maintain scheduling records to ensure timely communication and operational continuity
- Sort, distribute, and process all incoming and outgoing departmental mail and deliveries
- Identify scheduling conflicts or discrepancies and work collaboratively with appropriate individuals to resolve issues
- Provide general administrative support to the department and faculty as assigned
- Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired
- Ability to learn department-specific software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent & 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired
Skills
- Proficiency in department scheduling and communication platforms (QGenda and TigerConnect)
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
- Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 hourly
Schedule
- Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
