Office Support Assistant IV - UP
About the role
Research, gather information and organize data to prepare presentations, summaries of various materials, and compose and edit a variety of correspondence. Assist with managing employee/staff onsite requirements and needs. Assist with creating and distributing documents to staff and clinicians. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for departmental staff members. Select and schedule meeting facilities, equipment, and meals. Primary phone contact for University Physicians, greet visitors, route calls and visitors, and respond to inquiries. Assist with overseeing and/or ordering supplies and office equipment. Serve as department “go to” person for a variety of organizations, contacts, and vendors. Assist with coordination of department events. Provide instruction and guidance on travel and expense reports to employees traveling on university business, make travel arrangements, and process their travel reimbursement. Run routine errands as required, primarily to campus locations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Qualifications
Preference given for experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, and Power Point.

Pay
Salary Range: $15.10 - $26.40 hourly
Schedule
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
