Office Services Supervisor
About the role
The Office Services Supervisor oversees daily operations and ensures exceptional client service at our prestigious law firm client's Miami office. Key responsibilities include administrative support, supervision of staff, and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the principal liaison between employees and the Client
- Supervises and delegates tasks to ensure productivity goals are met and team provides excellent client service
- Continuously looks for opportunities to increase operational efficiency
- Seeks opportunities to enhance services and makes recommendations to the key contact
- Explain all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules, and guarantees to the client
- Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates, and develops all personnel assigned to the site
- Schedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and covers contracted hours of operation without incurring overtime
- Aids the Enterprise Operations Manager with tracking productivity and collecting necessary information for monthly reports
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred
- Previous supervisor experience in a client service-oriented field, preferably in mail/copy/production
- Detail oriented with good attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Demonstrates proficiency in leading others professionally
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time
Pay
The Compensation range for this role is 22.52 to 28.15 USD per hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
