Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable
- HR administrative support
- Affiliate in Purchasing and Inventory Control
- General office administrative tasks
- Other varied duties that our dynamic business may require
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of related professional experience managing accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks Online
- Higher education/degree preferred but not required
- Quick Books Online competence a plus
- Micrsoft Office experience with strength in MS Excel
