Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable
  • HR administrative support
  • Affiliate in Purchasing and Inventory Control
  • General office administrative tasks
  • Other varied duties that our dynamic business may require

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of related professional experience managing accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks Online
  • Higher education/degree preferred but not required
  • Quick Books Online competence a plus
  • Micrsoft Office experience with strength in MS Excel
