About the Role

As a key member of the development team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications. You will also mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new features for our software products
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions
  • Test and debug software applications to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Document code and project specifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL)
  • Understanding of software architecture principles
  • Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
