About the role

Create an amazing client experience by prioritizing their needs with urgency and clear communication
Ensure the office is clean, comfortable & functional through regular environmental audits
Work proactively to identify and resolve issues and anticipate client needs
Work with your team, Building Maintenance, and leadership to keep the office welcoming and functional

Responsibilities

  • Act as a client service coordinator assisting in client requests for workplace needs
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and functioning office space through regular environmental audits
  • Track tickets assigned to your building and ensure timely resolution
  • Repair office furniture and equipment around the space using basic technical skills
  • Stock office & kitchen supplies while maintaining workplace inventory
  • Absorb and assist with furniture and equipment moves for office reorganization and special events
  • Absorb and assist with internal communication efforts by posting, delivering and removing signage
  • Create work orders, track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Assist with internal communication efforts by posting, delivering and removing signage

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service, hospitality or related field experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage your scope of work
  • Basic comfort with tools and repairs

  • Understanding of the challenges associated with physical workspace planning
  • Experience in delivering written and verbal professional communication
