About the Role
Power Home Remodeling is a company founded on equal parts hard work and positivity, dedicated to improvement for both our customers and ourselves. This role oversees the physical maintenance and operation of Territory locations, including sales, delivery, warehouse spaces, and Branch locations, as well as local management of Power Fleet programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee ongoing physical maintenance of all territory locations, including repairs and housekeeping.
- Install, maintain, or move equipment around the office.
- Actively communicate with relevant parties at HQ and territory leadership.
- Identify, manage, and maintain agreements with local service providers.
- Handle daily communications between Power and Property Management.
- Manage territory physical security systems and badge printing.
- Establish and maintain budgets for ongoing operations in the territory.
- Assist in managing logistics, including storage of territory property, supplies, and materials inventory.
- Provide assistance with local events.
- Work closely with the Business Affairs Department to assist with initiatives, interviews, and front desk administration.
- Monitor the Facilities Ticket Queue.
- Assist the Fleet Team with driver training, monitoring, and enforcement of driver safety programs.
- Handle Fleet Administration and Communication for insurance card updates, Fleet management vendor communications, Gas Card/EZ Pass/Traffic Violations, and driver documentation.
- Complete other projects as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Must be a go-getter, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects or requests simultaneously.
- Must work well in a team environment, excel at research, and be problem-solution focused.
- Strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills.
- High School Diploma or technical school and 1-2 years of relevant prior work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
