Office Manager SDA South
Position Overview
We are seeking an office manager to support our SDA South Operations. This role involves working in a high-paced environment, delivering quality products, and addressing multiple requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations.
- Cook up facility maintenance activities with external organizations.
- Manage supplies and oversee life/safety management.
- Aid in developing special event requirements such as time and place, location, duration, number of attendees, and security requirements.
- Arrange for appropriate conference rooms/facilities and prepare meeting places in accordance with acceptable protocol and security procedures such as seating arrangements and security verification.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- 5 years direct experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Basic IT and facility management experience.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
