Office Manager/Receptionist (In-Office)
Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced Regional Client Administrator (RCA) to help oversee its locations in Detroit, Michigan. This in-office role will be based at our Novi and Plymouth offices. Our RCA blends receptionist and office-manager duties, serving as a vital part of both the sales and operational teams.
About the role
As an RCA, you will:
- Handle all incoming and outbound client communication and correspondence (phones, digital, and traditional postage).
- Manage all internal operational aspects of your region’s office(s), including inventory and client experience.
- Maintain our client filing system.
- Provide world-class customer service.
The RCA Team is recognized as both the face and heart of Golden Reserve, delivering our first impression and serving as the primary point of contact for all client communications.

Requirements
- Two (2) years or more of administrative support experience, including phone support.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (including Teams).
- Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and communication soft skills.

Pay
$55,000–$65,000.
Schedule
- In-office, full-time position.
- Work hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch.
- Must be available to work occasional evening hours to support educational workshops.
- Overtime is paid.
