Office Manager/Receptionist (In-Office)
About the Role
Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced Regional Client Administrator (RCA) to oversee its locations in Detroit, Michigan. This role blends responsibilities of a Receptionist and an Office Manager, serving as a vital part of both the sales and operational teams. Unlike typical administrative roles in financial institutions, the RCA is the face and heart of Golden Reserve, delivering the first impression and managing all client communications.

Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outbound client communication and correspondence (phone, digital, and traditional postage).
- Oversee internal operational aspects of your region’s office(s), including inventory and client experience.
- Maintain the client filing system.
- Provide world-class customer service.
- Support monthly seminars and weekly TV/radio shows.
- Ensure the Sales team is supported to help more families while serving as the compassionate front-line for client communications.
- Take ownership of operational excellence and the appearance of your office location(s), ensuring a world-class client experience.

Pay
$55,000 - $65,000 annual salary. Overtime is paid.
Schedule
Full-time, in-office role with work hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.
