Compleat KiDZ is a network of pediatric therapy clinics providing multidisciplinary care, including Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA therapies. We are seeking a motivated, hands-on leader who enjoys building teams, streamlining operations, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple disciplines.
  • Lead and support front desk team members, including referral intake, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Interview, hire, and train BT/RBTs ensuring high-quality care.
  • Ensure efficient clinic workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Assist with billing, payroll, and insurance authorizations.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with providers, staff, and families.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinical office setting
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of pediatric therapy services (OT, PT, ST, ABA preferred)
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new technology
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
  • Ability to pass a background check
