Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks
- Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service
- Cookordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and clinic activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Oversee inventory management of medical supplies and office equipment
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Assist with financial management, including billing, coding, and insurance claims processing
- Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives
